"I have been on a journey with this lovely lady, so when she told me she had completed her course in Access Bars there wasn’t a question of should have a session it was a yes I’ll do it! And I am so glad that I have! I had a session and since that session I have been releasing so many things which have been holding me back. Some of which I have no idea what it is but knowing that the access bars are running for three days afterwards is also assuring if you think of something you find limiting which you want to release, although Lynsey assured me you can do it after that as well. Whilst the session was happening I really enjoyed that we could still talk and chat and also take a moment for myself when I needed too.
